DODGE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution <br />was.duly and regularly passed by the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a regu- <br />lar meeting thereof held November 15, 1945. <br />RALPH S. DODGE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />SEWER RENTAL RATES. City Attorney Currie stated the resolution on this was ambiguous <br />in regard to rates for multiple family dwelling. The original resolution could be <br />interpreted to <br />required relocation, rearrangement, or removal of portions of facilities, State to <br />a 60¢ charge for a <br />bear the expense. Councilman Britschgi offered and moved adoption of resolution, <br />to charge 60¢ for <br />seconded by Councilman Holmauist, and carried on roll call. <br />r <br />609 for the second, <br />rate of <br />R E S O L U T I O N No. 630 <br />each <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING <br />SIGNING OF "PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT COVERING UTILITY RELOCATION OF STATE <br />HIGHWAY WITH THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS. <br />WHEREAS, a Procedural Agreement Covering Utility Facility Relocation on State <br />_., <br />Highway between the State of Chlifornia, Department of Public Works, Division of <br />Highways, and the City of Redwood City has been presented to the City Council of <br />the said City, <br />AND WHEREAS the said State of California, Department of Public Works, Division <br />of Highways has requested said City to execute and return said agreements, now <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Redwood City and the City Clerk <br />be authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of said City, said agreement to be <br />binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officals of the State <br />of -California. <br />ADOPTED THE 15th day of November, 1945: <br />W. Councilman Britschgi stated that he felt that <br />each unit <br />should be <br />charged at a uniform rate <br />of 60¢. <br />Auditor <br />Brophy <br />asked <br />if it, <br />was also <br />the intent <br />of the Council to charge a <br />uniform <br />rate of <br />90¢ for <br />each <br />dwelling <br />unit outside the City limits. Councilman Morgan offered resolution amending Resolu- <br />tion, No. 605 and moved adoption providing uniform rates -for each dwelling unit, <br />both inside and outside the City limits, seconded by Councilman Spillers. Motion <br />carried on roll call, Councilmen Granger and Werder voting "Nay". <br />RESOLUTION No. 631 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No.605, ESTABLISHING SEWER RENTALS..AND. <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS IN CONNECTION THEPM.IITH. <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 605 was adopted on the 30th day of August, 1945, <br />which resolution established certain -sewer rental rates; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />to amend said resolution; <br />RESOLVED, that said Resolution No. 605 be, and it hereby is, amended as <br />follows: <br />1.
