WERDER <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />CITY ATTORNEY CURRIE explained that the resolution passed last week would have to be <br />cancelled inasmuch as former petition filed for annexation of Lots 1 to 8, Horgan <br />Ranch, was -incorrectly prepared. He presented a new petition which had been filed <br />by owners of the property involved. Councilman Britschgi offered resolution and <br />moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Granger cancelling resolution No. 636. <br />Motion carried on roll call. Councilman Spillers noted absent. <br />.
