<br />Intention to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed, whose names
<br />and addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll for said `'ity taxes, prior
<br />thereto, in time, form and manner as required by law.

<br />RESOLUTION FIXING IviINTIMI WAGE SCALE
<br />HARDING- SAPPHIRE- ST. FRANCIS
<br />WHEREAS the City Engineer of hedwood City has ascertained the general prevail-
<br />ing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said public vork is proposed to
<br />be performed for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of In-
<br />tention No. 932, adopted August 7, 1950 by the Council of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS said rate of per diem wages is set forth and contained in the speci-
<br />fications for said project, copies of which are on file in the office of said Engin-
<br />eer and also in the office of the Clerk of said City; and
<br />WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City has duly considered said scale and finds tYe
<br />same to be correct in all particulars;
<br />Novi, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as follows:
<br />1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifications for the above-
<br />mentioned project is herebyadopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for
<br />work of a similar characteto that above described in the locality in which said
<br />Public work is proposed to be performed.
<br />2• That no le ss than said general prevailing rate of per diem wages shall be
<br />Paid for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution of Intention No. 932.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meet-
<br />ing thereof, held on the 7th day of August, 1950, by the following vote:
