<br />NOTICE IS IEREBY GIVEN, and said Council of City does determine, that serial
<br />bonds to represent the unpaid assessments .of $25.00 or over, bearing;:, interest at the
<br />rate of six per cent (6%) per annum will be issued pursuant to Articl I of Ordinance
<br />No. 333 of said City, entitled "Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance1)
<br />adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature;
<br />fourteen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding; the 15th day of the
<br />next November followinu their data.
<br />Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council determining to make
<br />said improvements without compliance with Special Assessment, Investigation, Limit-
<br />ation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Resolution No. 930 on file in the
<br />office of the City Clerk of said City.
<br />All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in Articl I of said
<br />Ordinance No. 333, as amended.
