RESOLUTION No- 931 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, PROFILES, <br />DETAILED DRAtiJ NGS AND SPEC' ONS <br />HARDING- SAPPHIRE- ST. BRITSCHGI <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />1.0.9.. <br />RESOLUTION 932 OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN IMPROVEI.'IENTS, HARDING SAPPHIRE, ST FRANCIS <br />Councilman Royer 'offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman <br />Spillers and carried on roll call. <br />RESOLUTION No. 932 <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT <br />CERTAIN PUBLIC Ib2PROVETOENTS <br />HARDING-SAPPHIRE-ST. FRANCIS <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that the public con- <br />veninece and necessity require, and that it intends to order in accordance with the <br />procedure set out in Articl I of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, <br />1932, as amended, the following work to be done and improvements to be made in and <br />for said City, to wit; <br />1- The improvement of Sapphire Street from St. Frm cis Street to James Avenue; <br />the improvement of Harding Avenue from a point opposit the' northwesterly line of Lot <br />13 Block 14, Subdivision of Block A. New High School Acred Subdivision to Hillview <br />Avenue and the improvement of St. Francis Street from Harding Avenue to James Avenue <br />by constructing and installing therein 2" asphaltic concrete paving 311 wide on a 6" <br />crusher -run rock base, standard concrete curbs and gutters on either side thereof; <br />standard concrete sidewalks on either side thereof; and standard concrete driveway <br />approaches. <br />2. The construction and installation of siphons as follows; <br />(a) A 12" reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street at <br />James Avenue, with standard reinforced concrete catch basins at <br />either end thereof. <br />(b) A 15" reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street at <br />St. Francis Street, with standard reinforced concrete catch <br />basins at either end thereof. <br />3. The construction and installation of all work and the furnishing of all <br />material necessar therefor auxiliaryto an of the work provided to be done in <br />Section 1 and 2 hereof which may be easonably required to carry out the same. <br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the places, in the manner.. <br />Of the sizes, of the materials and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown <br />on the Plans profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office <br />Of the hereof City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are made a part <br />y reference thereto. <br />I <br />, <br />1 <br />1, <br />
