FRANCIS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that the plans, profiles, detaled drawings and specifications for improvements in the City of Red- wood City, as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City and presented to the City Council on August 7, 1950, be and they are hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of the ity Clerk of said City. RESOLUTION No. 932 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC Ib2PROVETOENTS HARDING-SAPPHIRE-ST. FRANCIS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that the public con- veninece and necessity require, and that it intends to order in accordance with the procedure set out in Articl I of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, the following work to be done and improvements to be made in and for said City, to wit; 1- The improvement of Sapphire Street from St. Frm cis Street to James Avenue; the improvement of Harding Avenue from a point opposit the' northwesterly line of Lot 13 Block 14, Subdivision of Block A. New High School Acred Subdivision to Hillview Avenue and the improvement of St. Francis Street from Harding Avenue to James Avenue by constructing and installing therein 2" asphaltic concrete paving 311 wide on a 6" crusher -run rock base, standard concrete curbs and gutters on either side thereof; standard concrete sidewalks on either side thereof; and standard concrete driveway approaches. 2. The construction and installation of siphons as follows; (a) A 12" reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street at James Avenue, with standard reinforced concrete catch basins at either end thereof. (b) A 15" reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street at St. Francis Street, with standard reinforced concrete catch basins at either end thereof. 3. The construction and installation of all work and the furnishing of all material necessar therefor auxiliaryto an of the work provided to be done in Section 1 and 2 hereof which may be easonably required to carry out the same. All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the places, in the manner.. Of the sizes, of the materials and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the Plans profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office Of the hereof City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are made a part y reference thereto.
