<br />Mr. Black stated the National Motor Bearing would like to see the imi)rovements in-
<br />stalled and desired to participate in any activity that would benefit the City, hOvlever
<br />they did not subscribe to the methods of assessing the improvements. He protested the
<br />fact that his client did not receive information as to the amount of the assessment, aro
<br />further that the amount assessed was far in excess of the benefit they could derive frw
<br />the improvement. He claimed further that the entire industrial area would benefitty
<br />the improvement, and that the cost should be spread over the entire ares- Pyr. Black
<br />also protested against the type of pavement contemplated, also the electroliers which I
