He protested the <br />fact that his client did not receive information as to the amount of the assessment, aro <br />further that the amount assessed was far in excess of the benefit they could derive frw <br />the improvement. He claimed further that the entire industrial area would benefitty <br />the improvement, and that the cost should be spread over the entire ares- Pyr.
