RESOLUTION ORDERING I:-;PROVI+;i <br />WHIPPLE AVENUE <br />'i, WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on August 21, 1950, pass <br />946 declaring its intention to order the hereic- <br />and adopt Resolution of Entention No» <br />after described work to be done and improvements to be Trade in said City of Redwood <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. 946, headed <br />"NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT", were duly and regularly posted along the line of said conte: <br />plated work and improvements and in front of all thero ert r liable to be assessed <br />therefor, and on all of the streets in the distract to be assessed therefor, in the tie} <br />form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Glenn 1 <br />A4.
