<br />'i, WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on August 21, 1950, pass
<br />946 declaring its intention to order the hereic-
<br />and adopt Resolution of Entention No»
<br />after described work to be done and improvements to be Trade in said City of Redwood
<br />City; and
<br />WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. 946, headed
<br />"NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT", were duly and regularly posted along the line of said conte:
<br />plated work and improvements and in front of all thero ert r liable to be assessed
<br />therefor, and on all of the streets in the distract to be assessed therefor, in the tie}
<br />form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Glenn 1
<br />A4. Jain, Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City, an file in the office s
<br />of the Clerk of said City; and
<br />WHEREAS it appears from the affidavit of R. S. DODGE, Clerk of the City of Redo'.* 1
<br />City, that notices of the adoption of the said resole -tion were mailed to all persons
<br />owning real property proposed to be assessed for said improvements, in the time, fo+c,
<br />and manner as required by law, which affidavit is on file with the Cls rk of said 014

<br />passage thereof posted, published and mailed as aforesaid said Council of the City
<br />of Redwood City Fixed Monday, September 11 1950 at the hour of 8:00 P»M» of said dais
<br />at the Council Chamber of the Council of RedwoodCity,,in the City Hall on Middiefiel�
<br />Road in said City, as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons balof
<br />Ing any objection to theproposed work and improvements described in said ResolutiOOn

<br />appear before said. Council and show cause why said proposed work and improvements
