Letter from City Engineer Jain raised <br />question regarding culvert which would be necessary; 1. Should Redwood Avenue property owners pay for <br />? <br />a . <br />the culvert if constructed; 2. Should street work be extended to the creek leaving out the culvert; <br />3• Would the City allocate any funds to the culvert; 4• Should improvement district be enlarged in <br />I <br />order to spread assessments for the bridge over a larger area.
