<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood .City, California, THAT WHEREAS all of the owners of more
<br />than 60; in area of the property subject to assessment therefor have signed and filed vrith the Clerk
<br />of this Council a vrritten petition for the grading and paving of Alameda de las Pulgas from Whipple
<br />Avenue to Edgewood Road, and the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and
<br />certain storm drain facilities; and this Council intends to assess the cost thereof upon lots bene-
<br />fited by said improvements;, and '
