Councilman Spillers, noted absent. <br />R E S 0 L U T I O.N No. 880 <br />APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br />LAUREL STREET <br />WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on February 6, 1950, pass <br />and adopt a resolution, No. 824, ordering certain work and improvements, said work <br />and improvements being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 819 of <br />said Council, passed and adopted on January. 16, 1950, said resolutions both being <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which resolu- <br />tions reference is hereby made for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 821 directed the City Engineer of Redwood City to <br />make and sign the assessments to be made for the work and improvements to be done <br />under said Resolution of Intention No. 819; and <br />WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has prepared and pre- <br />sented for the approval of the Council of the City of Redwood City a diagram of the <br />property affected or benefited by the work and improvements described.in said Reso- <br />lution of Intention No. 819 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said <br />diagram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions of <br />each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the <br />work proposed, to be done, all within.the limits of the assessment district set out <br />ifs said Resolution of Intention No. 819; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the diagram presented by <br />the City Engineer for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and <br />it hereby is approved; <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby <br />is directed to certify to the date of said diagram's approval. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 5th day of June, 1950, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: GRANGER, JONES, MORGAN, ROYER, WERDER, and Mayor BRITSCHGI. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: SPILLERS. <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
