I <br />RESOLUTION No, 974 <br />169. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING <br />FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF kGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF <br />t GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS. <br />16 <br />VMEREAS, a first supplemental memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the <br />State of California in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City of Redwood City, for <br />expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1951, and <br />701EREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; <br />THFIREFORE, be. it resolved by the city council of the City of Redwood. City that said project statement <br />be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proeosed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, <br />2 be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to <br />and said agreement <br />1thenathe lamed n behalf of said the State;sai.d agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by <br />IADOpTED this 13th day of September, 1950. <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
