<br />(3) The improvement of Florence Street from Fifteenth Avenue to Marsh Road by
<br />constructing and installing therein standard concrete curbs and gutters,
<br />standard concrete sidewalks, standard concrete driveway approaches on either
<br />side thereof, and 21? asphaltic concrete paving 53' wide on a 61, crusher run
<br />rock base; provided, however, that there is excepted from said work a strip
<br />of paving approximately, 1211 in width along the center line of Florence
<br />Street between Fifteenth Avenue and Seventeenth Avenue, and a strip of pav—
<br />ing approximately 221 in width along the center line of F3.orence Street
<br />between 17th Avenue and marsh Road; provided further, however, that red—
<br />wood header boards shall be installed at the edges of the work hereinbe—
<br />fore omitted as required, and provided further that all intersections be—
<br />tween 15th Avenue and 1,%rsh Road shall be fully paved as hereinbefore set
<br />out.
<br />2. Monday, October 2, 1950, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day, at the Council Chamber of said
<br />Council, in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place
<br />when and where any and all persons having any objections to the amendments, modifications and changes
<br />to said Resolution of Intention No. 909 and the plans and specifications made for the work to be done
<br />thereunder, may appear and show cause why the said amendments, modifications and changes should not be
<br />made, and for hearing all protests in relation thereto.
<br />3. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to publish this resolution once in the Redwood City
<br />Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, which publication shall be more than ten days prior to
<br />October 2, 1950.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof, held on
<br />the 18th day of September, 1950, by the following vote:
