Councilman
Spillers moved that City Manager be authorized to get outside appraisal of property, seconded by Council-
man Morgan. Mr. Rolison suggested Mr. Hagen who had been making some appraisals for the City. Motion
;alar carried.
i
if
WGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES SUBMITTED ANPIOUNCEMENT OF AMERICAN M- I_CIPAL ASSOCIATION meeting in Washington D. 'Request for 25
working days was submitted because of delay in delivery of conduit for storm water sewer installations
ided which involved the use of concrete pipe. Mr. Jain stated he hadn't seen their letter until today. He
felt that on all the jobs a lot of work could be done. On VIhipple Avenue there was possible reason for
IS, need of longer time to complete the job. He did not think the delay in delivery of pipe had a great deal
call. to do vrith the request, and he thought the contractor should proceed as far as he could and then the
Council could consider, the request for more time.
