<br />Council representatives, the Board observed the trend in the cost of living and prevailing
<br />gage levels in the area. Councilman Morgan moved that this be placed on the agenda for

<br />study inasmuch as considerable money would be involved and ways and means would have to

<br />to City Manager Rolison and signed by P. V. Dybdal, Plant Manager. The plant was outside
<br />the City limit but they received mutual aid from the City. However, on question the
<br />Chief stated a fire alarm box was still in operation from the plant to the station which i; {`';1: ;",
<br />had been there for 35 years and this call was received direct. However, City's policyId
<br />was against guaranteeing this aid in writing to reduce company' a insurance premium.
<br />Councilman Morgan thought this should receive some publicity to counteract the impression I:i

<br />that some companies thought they were being turned down on fire calls and others were } �;
<br />helped. Chief Lodi said all calls outside the City were handled on • the same" basis. They
<br />had answered calls for Progress Lumber twice and Tally—Ho four times.

<br />sewers and were detrimental to the health of a neighbor.They requested permission to _I ,',, I'!'
<br />remove them. Councilman Morgan moved that this be referred to the Park Department for {{gg

<br />present and stated he was particularly interested in having the trees removed as Mrs.
