City Attorney Currie made a list of what things were to be <br />included and would report at the next regular meeting. <br />i <br />COUNGIMAN GRANGER ASKED FOR REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY ON CALIFORNIA SQUARE. The City <br />had filed suit and all parties had been served. City Attorney Currie advised they <br />to hoped to try the case by the middle or end of February. Councilman Granger brought up the question <br />of curtailing some portion of service in each department for the benefit of civil <br />defense, and suggested department heads make survey with this thought in mind. City Manager Rolison pointed out the public might object to <br />ended curtailment of some services.
