He advised that due to extension of time allowed on contract" <br />the City was under additional expense, inspection costs $477.00, auto expense $30.65, <br />total $507.65. In addition to this a claim has been filed by the Interol Company <br />amounting to $225.15. After discussion as to whether expense to the City could be <br />charged to the contractor, Councilman Jones moved approval of final estimate totaling !i i' <br />07824.62, less the amounts 5507.65 and $225.15, seconded by Councilman Royer" and <br />carried. The amounts withheld will be studied further and a decision reached later. <br />City Attorney Currie will check into the matter and report back. <br />CObIPLETIOId REPORT ON THE ANIMAL SHELTER CONTRACT.
