Letter was submitted by Attorney Wilson <br />with original copy of Resolution of Intention to Iftake Changes and modifications <br />in this project for the Councils s action. Resolution incorporated the conclusions <br />reached at the study meeting held on January 30, 1951. Yr. Jain asked that Mr, <br />Wilson point out to the •Council that no decision had been made on the construction <br />of sidewalks in Walnut Street and Spring Street. Representative from Attorney <br />Wilson's office stated resolution called for hearing setting date four weeks from <br />fi " this date on March 19th. Tribune notice wds to be given at least ten days before <br />I <br />the hearing. Councilman Spillers offered resolution of intention and moved <br />adoption, seconded by Councilman RoJer. Attorney Guido asked that everyone in <br />the district be notified by postal card and he further objected to project at <br />this time. Mayor Britschgi informed him that expenses on the project to date <br />amounted to 028,000, charged against this assessment district which would have to <br />It <br />be paid. Mrs. Liguori thought the committee meetings had been forgotten about, <br />but City Attorney stated these changes proposed in the resolution of intention was <br />f i the out come of all those committee meetings.
