Councilman Spillers suggested fence along side of wading pool be moved back approximately 10 feet and the area be concreted to provide space!,: for the mothers of small children using the wading pool. He had secured an estimate it 1 of $350 to do this work. Matter .was referred to the City Manager on motion of Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Royer, and carried.
