Councilman Spillers reported that his <br />committee had met <br />with bir. Layton, 168 Finger Avenue regarding the operation of his <br />minature train. <br />City10%` <br />Iur. Layton offered the Cit of his gross take, the City to grade off the <br />3 i. <br />right- <br />of -way and build the tunnel which would serve'to house the train when not in <br />o er- <br />ation. City also to furnish ballast t6 hold up tracks. Councilman Spillers suggested fence along side of wading <br />pool be moved back approximately 10 feet and the area be concreted to provide space!,: <br />for the mothers of small children using the wading pool. He had secured an estimate <br />it 1 <br />of $350 to do this work. Matter .was referred to the City Manager on motion of <br />Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Royer, and carried. Council- t'';;f <br />y <br />man Morgan moved approval of minutes as mailed on regular meeting March 19th, <br />regular adjourned meeting March 20th with the correction that above remark be <br />eliminated and adjourned meeting March 26th, seconded by Councilman Royer and <br />carried. <br />COI;iI'-IITTEE REPORT - OFF-STREET PARKING, COUNCIL&IAN MORGAN.
