<br />TO JEFFERSON AVENUES. Mr. Wood stated he ,had a client who purchased the property
<br />tanager and was interested in having Franklin Street extended from Jefferson Avenue to
<br />James Avenue. They proposed to purchase from Southern Pacific portion of property (,
