ACCEPT $2678.99 AS PAYMENT IN FULL TO DATE ON <br />FROST & <br />BROADWAY -MARSHALL and an offer to revise assessment for $1000 additional provided <br />they were furnished revised plans, estimate of cost and method of assessment by our <br />City Engineer. City Engineer Jain was of the opinion that method of assessment was <br />., <br />the responsibility of Frost & Brian. Motion was withdrawn and matter was placed <br />on the agenda for the June 18th meeting. Mr. Jain will discuss the matter with the <br />engineers. <br />ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS FRANK BUILDINGS BROADWAY. City Attorney Currie stated he had dis- <br />cussed the matter with Mr. Anderson, Attorney for Mr. Frank, and he was of the opinion <br />that they were willing to cooperate fully with the City. Councilman Granger moved that <br />matter be placed on the agenda and that City Attorney arrange meeting with Mr. And.iP <br />¢I <br />jli`' <br />! <br />erson and Mr. Frank. Motion seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />ABATEMENT, RESIDENCE AT REAR OF NO. 2 POPLAR STREET. Report of condition was reived <br />from Building and Fire, also Health Department.
