Councilman Gran er stated he would not accept this ultimatum inasmuch as ` l <br />Granger <br />he felt the Southern Pacific Company had a definite responsibility in this matter. <br />d: <br />He suggested that the Mayor appoint a committee to meet with a committee of railroad j 6 <br />Officials ,to look the situation over and work out an agreement. Councilman Herkner was <br />of the opinion that we should write the Southern Pacific Company further and advise <br />them that the City was not satisfied, and that a meeting 'be arranged to discuss the i <br />matter fully.
