DETERMINATION ON CIRCLE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. He was told that notices for hearing would be sent out later to those <br />assessed. This resolution calls for public hearing July 2nd and there would be <br />opportunity for discussion later. Councilman Herkner asked about the area near the <br />depot where there is a stub street. 'City Engineer reported that Southern Pacific <br />would use this if they decided to move freight shed and they also suggested that <br />I1 <br />1 <br />Franklin Street be extended on to VVinklebeck they to grant right -of -waacross <br />I <br />present parking area.
