THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMI+TENDED <br />modification of petition to rezone Lots 1 to 50, Dumbarton Tract (Douglas Avenue). <br />11,1 <br />Mr. Fisher requested rezoning from 'R-1 to R-3. The Planning Commission, however, <br />recommended rezoning from R-1 to R-2 and recommendation was approved on motion of <br />Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Royer, City Attorney to prepare necessary <br />ordinance.
