of Beech Street and on the north side thereof in an existing .easement opposite Lots
<br />10 and 11, Block 2, Broadway No. 3 Subdivision, and thence northerly in said ease-
<br />ment to Marshall Street, formerly known as Liguori Street.
<br />10.' The improving of Broadway as proposed herein to be opened and extended
<br />between Chestnut Street and Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1 Subdivision, by grading
<br />and constructing on either side thereof Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters and
<br />sidewalks over 4 -inch rock base, and driveway aprons, and by grading between gutters
<br />from Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1 Subdivision westerly for a distance of 376 feet
<br />more or less, and by grading the northerly side thereof between the existing pavement
<br />and said proposed gutter, thence westerly to Chestnut Street, and by constructing
<br />therein 4 -inch asphalt concrete wearing surface pavement with a 6 -inch water bound
<br />rock macadam crusher run base pavement over a 6 -inch rock sub -base; the construction
<br />of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer mains and laterals together with red burnt brick
<br />manholes capped with cast iron frames and covers from Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1
<br />Subdivision westerly to the center of National Avenue; and by constructing therein a
<br />catch basin over the existing storm sewer at the northwesterly corner of the inter-
<br />section therewith of National Avenue.
<br />11. The improving of Maple Street between Broadway and Bradford Street by grad-
<br />ing and constructing on each side thereof Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters and
<br />sidewalks over 4 -inch rock base, and by grading and constructing between gutters 2 -
<br />inch asphalt concrete wearing surface on 6 -inch water bound rock macadam crusher run
<br />base pavement, and constructing vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer mains and laterals,
<br />together with red burnt brick manholes complete with cast iron frames and covers, and
<br />the construction of reinforced Portland cement concrete pipe storm drains with cement
<br />concrete catch basins capped with cast iron frames and covers.

<br />12. The improving of Beech Street between Spring Street and Marshall Street,
<br />formerly known as Liguori Street, and Bay Road between Beech Street and Chestnut Street,
<br />by grading and constructing on either side thereof Portland cement concrete curbs,
<br />gutters and sidewalks over 4 -inch rock base, and by grading and constructing between
<br />gutters 2 -inch asphalt concrete wearing surface pavement with 6 -inch water bound rock
<br />macadam crusher run base pavement; constructing reinforced Portland cement concrete
<br />pipe storm drains with cement concrete catch basins capped with cast iron frames and
<br />grates.
<br />13. The improving of Cassia Street between Spring Street and Broadway by grading
<br />and constructingon either side thereof Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters and
<br />sidewalks over -inch rock base, and by grading and constructing between gutters 2 -
<br />inch asphalt concrete wearing surface pavement with 6 -inch water bound rock macadam
<br />crusher run base pavement.
<br />14. The improving of the northwesterly side of Chestnut Street between a point
<br />25 feet southerly -of Bay Road and a point approximately 100 feet northerly of Marshall
<br />Street, by grading, removing the existing curbs, and constructing Portland cement
<br />concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks over a 4 -inch rock base, and by grading and con-
<br />structing between said gutters and the existing pavement exclusive of a 9 -foot strip
<br />along the railroad rails, 4 -inch asphalt wearing surface with 6 -inch water bound rock
<br />macadam crusher run base over a 6 -inch rock sub -base, feathering onto existing pavement.
<br />15. The improving of the alley between Spring Street and Broadway from Cassia
<br />Street to Beech Street by grading and constructing therein redwood headerboards on
<br />either side thereof and 2-1/2 foot Portland cement concrete invert valley gutter along
<br />the center line thereof, together with 2 -inch asphalt concrete wearing surface and
<br />6 -inch water bound macadam crusher run base pavement between said valley gutter and
<br />said headerboards, Portland cement concrete driveway apron approaches at street
<br />intersections.
<br />16. The improving of Spring Street between Walnut Street and Broadway and for a
<br />distance of 46 feet westerly of Beech Street, and the easterly side of Walnut Street
<br />between Marshall Street and Spring Street, by grading and constructing therein
<br />Portland cement concrete sidewalks, andthe improving of the easterly side of Jefferson
<br />Avenue and the intersection therewith of Marshall Street and both sides of Main Street
<br />and Walnut Street at the intersection therewith of Marshall Street, as herein proposed
<br />to be extended, by grading and constructing. Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters
<br />and sidewalks over a 4 -inch rock base.
<br />17. The improving of Marshall Street as herein proposed to be extended, a por-
<br />tion of which was heretofore known as Liguori Street, between Jefferson Avenue and
<br />Chestnut Street, Walnut Street between Marshall Street and Bradford Street, Stein-
<br />berger Street between Bradford Street and Bayshore Highway, Bradford Street between
<br />Walnut Street and apoint 130 feet westerly thereof, Maple 'Street between Broadway
<br />and Bradford Street, Cassia Street between Spring Street and the alley northerly there-
<br />of, and said alley between Cassia Street and Chestnut Street by constructing therein
<br />cast iron water mains, together with valves, hydrants and fittings, together with cast
<br />iron pipe and appurtenant supports across Redwood Creek.
<br />18. The improving of Marshall Street as herein proposed to be extended, a portion
<br />of which was heretofore known as Liguori Street,' between Jefferson Avenue and Chestnut
<br />Street, Broadway between Chestnut,Street�and'Redwood-IndustrialTract•No.•i Subdivision,
<br />Maple Street and Beech Street between Broadway and said Marshall Street, Chestnut
<br />Street between Broadway and a point 150., feet northerly of said Marshall Street, by
<br />constructing therein an electrical system complete consisting of underground cable and
<br />conduit, standard electroliers complete with luminaires, together with the reconstruc-
<br />tion of the electrical equipment complete in the existing regulator station approxi-
<br />mately 425 feet'northerly of Broadway.
<br />19. The acquisition of all property, the construction of all work and the fur-
<br />nishing of all material necessary therefor auxiliary to any of the work provided to
<br />be done herein.
<br />20. The City will contribute to the cost of said project the difference between
