Councilman Herkner questioned whether or not there <br />would be any savings to the City if building were not cut in half. City Attorney <br />Currie advised that this was a requirement, however he had talked to Mr. Davies' <br />counsel and advised him that arrangements could be made with the low bidder regarding <br />removal of the other half of building.
