<br />Manger contact the Chamber of Commerce, check into the matter of fastening trees to
<br />electroliers and if decided such practice would be safe to authorize the work, the
<br />$515 to be appropriated when needed. Councilman Herkner seconded the motion. The
<br />motion carried, it being understood that the Council would back up the City Engineer
