Our reason for this allowance is <br />that, while the plans indicate that this work is to be performed, no pay quan- <br />tity is provided for in the specifications, and no provision is made in any <br />portion of the specifications for the cost of doing this work being included <br />�j1 I j,jin the contractors bid on other items. <br />Inasmuch as this project was not covered in the recent discussion Councilman Spillers <br />moved denial of this recommendation seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried.
