City Engineer Jain sub- <br />dtted a petition for full street improvements from property owners along Oak Avenue <br />!tween Fairview Avenue and Ruby Street, Virginia Avenue Between Oak Street and the <br />Creek, northwest of Redwood Avenue, and on Ruby Street between Oak Avenue and the <br />treek northwest of Redwood Avenue. The petition represents 100% of the property owners <br />os Virginia Avenue, 86% on Oak Avenue and 29% on Ruby Street with an overall percen- <br />lege of 63.82%. City of Redwood City owns Lots 1 and 2, Block 9, Vilest Redwood upon <br />Loh an assessment of 6750 would be assumed by the City. It was suggested that in- <br />imah as the Engineer's Office was loaded up to capacity with work that this job be <br />(paned out to a local Engineer.
