Councilman Granger stated tha inasmuch as the creels channel was changed there is a possibility that some of the land in this area may belong to the City. Councilman Granger moved that necessary steps be taken to rectify conditions if the present patch job did not work out satisfactorily, sec- onded by Councilman Herkner and carried. Councilman Herkner stated he would still like to see the jacking up plan tried in this area.
