<br />injury from fall was verified as being correct in the minutes.
<br />IC HEARING ON STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM - CIRCLE ROAD AND WHIPPLE AVENUE.' Affidavits of
<br />°publication and posting were ordered filed by the Mayor. Public hearing was announced
<br />by the Mayor. There were no oral or written protests. Councilman Britschgi. inquired
<br />if all were familiar with the line of the street as far as driveways and sidewalks
<br />here concerned. City Engineer stated City would absorb expense of relocating curb
<br />and ft, widening strip. No change of grade or driveways. Entire 1street ramps would
<br />be slightly steeper. The people were invited several times to look at plans, stakes
<br />were set out, but very few came to ask questions. To Mid• Crow's question, City Engineer
<br />stated setbacks remained the same. Hearing was closed,

<br />IC HARING - ANIMAL ORDINANCE. Question of including cats in this ordinance was brought
<br />forth by Councilman Herkner., Objections had been made that cats were not included and
<br />some Council members had been called out on complaints of neighbors harboring over, 40
<br />cats.
<br />FARCE 698 REPEALING ANIMAL ORDINANCE 694 was odopted on motion of Councilman Spillers,
<br />seconded by ,Councilman Jones and carried on roll call.. Councilman Herkner moved the
<br />""tion of including cats be referred to the Animal Ordinance Committee for ponsider-
<br />ation; seconded by Councilman Spillers, Councilman Britschgi offered suggestion given
<br />him by a resident formerly from the midwest where cats must be licensed. Councilman
