City and to which resolu- agreem <br />i tions reference is hereby made for further particulars; and $ deeded <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 847 directed the City Engineer of Redwood City to € to be <br />make and sign the assessments to be made for the work and improvements to be done <br />under said Resolution of Intention No. 842; and CITY ATTORNE <br />WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has prepared and pre - <br />lots i <br />sented for the approval of the Council of the City of Redw od City a diagram of the <br />property affected or benefited by the work and improvements described in said Attorne <br />Resolution of Intention No. 842 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, <br />said diagram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions <br />of each such'lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to�; since <br />the work proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set taxes <br />out in said Resolution of Intention No. 842; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the diagram presented referre <br />by the City Engineer for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be, Council <br />and it hereby is, approved; <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby tax del <br />is directed to certify to the date of said diagram's approval.
