Councilman Granger moved adoption of ordinance, seconded by Coucil- man Morgan and carried on roll call. PRoHoSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 399, GARBAGE PICK-UPS. City Attorney Currie did not have this prepared. Placed on agenda. FURTHER CONSIDERATION PROPOSED LICENSE FEE TRAVELLING BILLBOARDS AND NOISE ORDINANCE. City Attorney stated the amount of fee had not been decided. Councilman Spillers moved this be placed on agenda, seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried. FURTHER CONSIDERATION M J KING AGREEMENT WATER NLAINS WOODSIDE TERRACE NO. 2. Placed on Agenda. RESOLUTION 919 APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM LENOLT IMPROVEMENTS. Councilman Granger offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried on roll call. RE SOLUTION No. 919 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM LENOLT WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on November 21, 1949, pass and adopt a resolution, No. 806, ordering certain work and improvements, said work and improvements, being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 799 of said Council, passed and adopted on October 31, 1949, said resolutions both being on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars: and 83 WHEREAS said RESOLUTION No. 806 directed the City Engineer of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to be made for the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of Intention No. 799; and WHEREAS the CityEngineer of the Cite of Redwood City has prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of the Cit of Redwood City a diagl of the property affected or benefited by the work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No -799 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the work proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set out in said Resolution of Intention No. 799• NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved; FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby is directed -to certify to the date of said diagram's approval. Passed and adopted by the Council of the Cityof Redwood City at a regular meet- ing thereof, held on the 17th day of July, 1950, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution, Councilmen: GRANGER, HERKNER, JONES, MORGAN, ROYER, SPILLERS, AND BRITSCHGI.
