<br />(a) A 12" reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street
<br />at James Avenue, with a standard reinforced concrete catch
<br />basins at either end thereof.
<br />(b) A 1511 reinforced concrete pipe siphon across Sapphire Street
<br />at St. Francis Street, with standard reinforced concrete
<br />basins at either end thereof.
<br />3. The construction and. Installation of. 9.11 work and the furnishing of all
<br />the
<br />Sectionss1 ands 2ahereofrwhich maylbery to any reasonablyf requiredktorcarrydto be d
<br />necesry one in
<br />out the same.
<br />All of said work and improvetnents are to be constructed at the places and in tr;
<br />manner, and to the lines, grades and elevations, as 6ho'rm upon the plans, profiles
<br />and specifications made therefor and on file in the office of the City Engineer of
<br />Redwood City.
<br />Said contemplated work and improvement, in the opinion of said City Council,
<br />is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and said Council does hereby make
<br />the cost and expenses of doing such work and improvement chargeable upon a Distriet,
<br />which :District said City Council declares to be the District benefited by said work
<br />and improvement and to be assessed to pay the entire cost end expenses thereof, and
<br />which •said Assessment District is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood
<br />,City, .State of California, and is described as follows:
<br />Said, district being all of Subdivision of Block "A", New High School Acres,
<br />San .Mateo County, California, recorded September 19, 1924 in Vol. 11 at Page 719
<br />records of San Mateo County, the bearings of which are the basis of this descrip-
<br />tion. Said area includes Lot 1 to 14, inclusive, of Block 11, Lots 1 to 149.inciusie
