<br />CONSIDERATION ESTABLISHING PROFESSIONAL OFFICES IN R -DISTRICTS ADJACENT TO C-1 AREA.
<br />Councilman Morgan moved that this be denied, but the motion was lost for want of a
<br />second. There was considerable objection to permitting professional offices in R-1
<br />Districts,. if extending inter -residential districts, R-4 would be more permissable.
<br />At the time the ordinance was introduced one parking space was part of the use Per-
<br />mit. Councilman Royer moved introduction of ordinance with the provision that parking
<br />restrictions could only be waived by owner of property and 5/7 vote of the Council,
<br />seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried on roll call, Councilmen Herkner, Morgan
<br />and Britschgi voting No.
