<br />RESOLUTION 924. City Attorney stated the existing courthouse was totally inadequate
<br />in providing sufficient courtroom space and it was suggested that the City take
<br />action to secure title to California Square so that it could be transferred to
<br />the County. Councilman Morgan offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded
<br />by Councilman Grange and carried on roll call. Copy of resolution was to be for-
<br />warded to City Planning Commission.

<br />COURT ROOMS AND OTHER FACILITIES
<br />WHEREAS certain real property, known as California Square, was dedicated to
<br />4 public use by the recording of thAt certain map entitled ""Town of Mezesville+
<br />situated upon the Embareadero Creek, Rancho de las Pvlga.s, San Francisco County'
<br />b, Cal. with adjacent villa lots" on August 1, 1856, which real property is more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />known as "CALIFORNIA SQUARE" in the City of Redwood City,
