Constiuting <br />a• <br />a rectangular parcel of land measuring 200 feet by 300 <br />feet; <br />ytt <br />and <br />f� i ift. <br />WHEREAS the existing Cour house of San,Matep County is totally inadequate to <br />meet the needs of the people of this county and this city and has not sufficient <br />court rooms for the number of departments of the Superior Court established by <br />law, it being urgently necessary to provide additional space for the Superior Court <br />the County and for other public offices; and <br />of <br />WHEREAS, it is impossible to provide additional space in or to add any space <br />to the existing court house and county building and there being no spaceavailable <br />sf� <br />on the present court house site for any additional structures; and <br />WHEREAS California Square is located close to the existing court house and <br />is the only unimproved property within an appropriate distance of the existing court <br />house upon which could be erected a building for the courts and other public offices; <br />and <br />WHEREAS no public use has been made of California.
