<br />PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED IMPROVETSITTS FAY STREET BRIDGE. Affidavits of posting and publi-i:
<br />6at:Lori were ordered filed. Mr. John Steele was of the opinion that the assessment
<br />district should be enlarged. He was advised that the total cost of the project would be
<br />approximately $6,980 of which the City would pay 43,000 as their share. Mr. Wm Stevens
<br />was advised there were 26 parcels in the assessment district. Mayor Granger called
<br />attention to the fact that the 03,000 furnished by the City was a part of the 1944 Bond
<br />Issue which was voted in 1944; and was being assessed to all the people of the City.
<br />City Engineer Jain asked that people interested come to his office to look over the
<br />plans or find out the amount of their assessments. No further protests - hearing was
<br />declared closed.
