FURTHER COASIDERATION. PLANNING.. C OMMISSI ON DENIAL A PPLICATIO OF V. MASIRE TO RESUBDIVIDE LOTS 5, 6, 7 and 8. BLOCK 40 WEST..REDWOOD ( 1701 Ros.sevelt Avenue.).. The City Clerk stated that he had been.not.ified..by. the Planning Commission. that. -they. still .did not approve the resubdivision. Mr. Masaire..stated that there were no protests at the.time of the public hearing held .by the Planning.C.ommis.sion.. 'Clerk Dodge.stated that. the-Flanning Commiss- ion was of.the opinion that only single family units should be allowed.on this partic- ular piece of property if subdivided. This was followed by discussion in regard to building 372' lots. Mr. Masaire stated that there was total of 872' which would allow him to build on two 4321 lots. The lots would be 43.9 x 104'.
