That more than two-thirds of all of the votes cast at said consolidated special <br />municipal bond election on said measure designated "MEASURE (A) (Police Station)" were in <br />favor of said measure and authorized the incurring of a bonded indebtedness for the pur- <br />poses set forth therein, and that said measure passed. That more than two-thirds of all <br />of the votes cast at said consolidated special municipal bond election on said measure <br />designated ','MEASURE (B) (Municipal Water System Improvements)" were in favor of said <br />measure and authorized the incurring of a bonded indebtedness for the purposes set forth <br />therein, and that said measure passed. That less than a majority of all of the votes <br />cast at said general election on said charter amendment proposal designated "MEASURE <br />(C) (Charter Amendment No. 1)rr were in favor of said measure and that said measure failed <br />to carry. <br />7.
