That Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Col. Louis Weiss and Robert V. Spillers <br />received the highest number of votes.given for said office of Councilman, and Floyd D. Granger, <br />Sidney D. Herkner, Robert V. Spillers and Col. Louis Weiss were thereby elected Councilmen for <br />the full term of four (4) years, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said <br />Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Robert V.
