This <br />wouley did not want any of the assessment to go to bond. He stated further that he had <br />hopemoney tonight but he had not been able t contact all the property owners to get the <br />monesubmitted a letter advising the Council that they want to proceed with the paving of <br />BeecE1 Camino Real and Main Street. Mr. Towne f her stated in his letter that they <br />would appreciate having the Council immediately set up the necessary ocedure for calling for bids on <br />the job in accordance <br />with plans and specification prepared by the City s ineer. The five interested q- <br />property owners will guarante to advance the amount of the engineering exp\City <br />d to date, <br />plus the costs of advertising fo bids.
