The Mayor stated that they had a request from the Health Department requesting a meeting <br />before the Council took any action. The date of September 25th was set for the meeting with the <br />Health Department and also the property ovmers from the Emerald Lake area. The Clerk was asked to <br />notify the Council, Mr. piest and the Health Department., r; <br />rt <br />Councilman Weiss moved that the matter of Mr. Knudsen's reeuest be held over until the first meeting � E <br />ing October, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried. Mr. Knudsen stated that he would try to attend <br />the meeting. <br />City Attorney Costello was requested to check unto the deed with the County has in rei*ard to the lot next <br />to Lot 30, Block 11, highlands of Emerald Lake. <br />
