Councilman Spillers offered RESOLUTION 2229 GIVING NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY TO SAID CITY; DESCRIBING SAID TERRITORY AND DESIGNATING IT BY THE NAME "EICHORN ANNEXATION"; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RESPECTING SAID PROPOSAL; AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE SAID COUNCIL WILL HEAR PROTESTS THERETO and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Weymouth (hearing to be June 24th) and carried on roll call, Councilmen Herkner and Stout being noted absent.
