The Mayor asked that only the letter ro the City Engineer be read. Coun- <br />cilman Granger moved that they accept the recommendation of the City Engineer subject <br />to an agreement to be drawn up by the City Attorney and also the necessary resolution <br />for a variance, seconded by Councilman Weymouth. This was followed by discussion <br />after which the motion carried. <br />PRESENTATION OF SERVICE PINS TO EMPLOYEES. Councilman Granger presented service pini -to <br />the following: <br />William Hart, Fire Department, 20 year pin <br />George Drivon, Fire Department, 15 year pin <br />William McClure, Fire Department, 15 year pin <br />Vivian Holmquist, City Clerk's Office, 15 year pin <br />Theodore Moudakas, Police Department, 15 year pin <br />Harry Turner, Street Department, 10 year pin <br />John Horter, Sewer Department, 10 year pin. <br />CITY MANAGER REPORT ON YACHT HARBOR. Councilman Granger stated that this report was made <br />at the request of Councilman Weiss and not the rest of the Council. The City Manager <br />was instructed to make the report for Councilman Weiss and if he wished he could send <br />copies <br />to the rest of the <br />Councilmen. <br />Councilman <br />Weiss <br />stated that he had the right <br />to ask <br />that the report be <br />placed on the <br />agenda as <br />well <br />as asking for the report.
