<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JULY 15th and JULY 22nd. Councilman Weiss stated that he had a
<br />couple of corrections he would like to make. Ori the minutes of July 15th, pages 4
<br />and 5, Councilman Weiss stated the minutes should show that Auditor Brophy was asked
<br />to audit the books in regard to the cinnabar mining report. This was followed by
<br />i; discussion. Councilman Weiss also asked that the minutes of July 22nd, page 3, water
<br />I t',
<br />show, be corrected 11�4he matter be referred to the City Attorney for proper procedure
<br />of the disposition of funds." Councilman Stout moved approval of the minutes of
<br />I,I July 15th and July 22nd with the corrections as noted above, seconded by Councilman
<br />Weiss and carried.

<br />Councilman Granger noted that there was only one notice in which an extension of time
<br />was not granted, JACOBS. He wanted to know why they didntt get an extension like
<br />everyone else. Councilman Stout explained that there was only one square that needed
<br />fixing and they did not feel it was necessary to have an extension of time. Councilman
<br />i
<br />Herkner wanted to know why they allowed the extension of time on notice.#434 to
<br />December. Councilman Stout explained that there was a driveway to be torn out and
<br />the committee felt that in this particular case it was a hardship. Councilman Herkner
<br />moved that the Sidewalk Committeets report be concurred in, seconded by Councilman
<br />Weiss and carried.
