Please refer to the <br /> ~ attached resume for a full profile of Mr. Burns's professional experience. <br /> <br /> SUBCONSULTANT TEAM <br /> ~ Traffic, Parking, and Circulation <br /> <br /> Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. <br /> ~ Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc will prepare the traffic, circulation, and parking analysis for the EIR. <br /> <br /> Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. specializes in providing transportation planning and traffic engineering <br /> ~ services to clients in the public and private sectors. Over the last years, the firm earned a <br /> reputation for developing creative, cost-effective and result-oriented solutions to planning and design <br /> problems associated with all transportation modes. Fehr & Peers Associates is extremely farniliar with <br /> ~ the unique traffic generation issues of hospitals and also has extensive local hospital experience, <br /> having completed traffic analyses for the following: Kaiser Hospital Master Plan EIIZ (Redwood <br /> City); Stanford Medical Center Traffic and TDM Evaluation (Palo Alto, CA); Mills-Peninsula <br /> ~ Hospital Replacement EIR (Burlingame); San Jose Regional Medical Center (San Jose); and <br /> Washington Hospital EIR (Fremont). Mr. Eric Bollich would be the Project Manager for the project <br /> and Mr. Sohrab Rashid would be the project Principal responsible for the project. A copy of the <br /> ~ detailed scope of work for the traffic impact analysis is presented in Appendix B of this proposal. <br /> <br /> <br /> Noise <br /> ~ Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. <br /> <br /> ~ Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. will be responsible for the noise impact analysis for the project. <br /> Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. was founded in as an acoustical engineering firm. They have <br /> extensive experience in producing environmental studies, computer modeling, field monitoring, <br /> ~ architectural acoustics, and noise control engineering. The firm has prepared noise impact analyses <br /> for a wide variety of hospital, residential and mixed use projects throughout the Bay Area, including <br /> recent experience with the Regional Medical Center Expansion in San Jose and the Kaiser Santa Clara <br /> ~ helipad project in Santa Clara. <br /> <br /> ~ Air Quality <br /> Donald Ballanti, Certified Meteorologist <br /> Donald Ballanti will prepare the air quality impact assessment for the project. Don Ballanti is a <br /> Certified Consulting Meteorologist with more than years experience as a consultant in the areas of <br /> air pollution meteorology and air pollution impact analysis. Mr. Ballanti has conducted air quality <br /> impact analyses on a wide variety of projects in Northern California, including commercial <br /> ~ developments and shopping centers. <br /> <br /> ~ . <br /> Seguoaa Hospital Campus Project/Precise Plan EIR Scope of Services <br /> David J.
