~

~
Additional Services
~ The scope of services has been tailored to meet the requirements of the City of Redwood City and
C/CAG. There may be some additional services needed during the course of the analysis. These
would include preparing conceptual designs of proposed mitigation measures, conducting more than
~ peak period turning movement traffic counts, analyzing additional study intersections, evaluating
revised project descriptions, conducting detailed traffic operational analyses (such as micro-
simulation) for intersections, analyzing freeway or roadway segments, developing a detailed TDM
~ plan, reviewing more than one site plan, and attending additional meetings or public hearings.
Additional services will only be conducted with prior approval.
SCHEDULE
~ Upon notice to proceed, we will refine the proposed scope of work based on City Staff input, order
the required traffic counts, and begin the development of the TRAFFIX model. Fehr & Peers can
~ complete a draft of the transportation impact analysis and Transportation/Circulation section within
six to eight weeks of receipt of all traffic count data, a preliminary site plan, and timely approval of
key technical assumptions by City staff. We can respond to City comments on the ADEIR and TIA
F" within one to two weeks depending on the complexity of comments.
P41033-SJ
