ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (Chaudhary & ASSOCIATES, Inc.) This Amendment No.2 is ente{ed into and effective as of the March Z.z, 2006, amending the Agreement dated, J/Ei7E4JbX 4? £ø+ (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and CHAUDHARY & ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for construction survey and other support services related to the Ralston Avenue/Marine Parkway/Route 101 Interchange Reconfiguration Project (the "Project"). RECITALS A. On June 21, 2005, the parties executed Amendment No.1 to the Agreement which authorized the Consultant to perform construction survey and other support services; and C. The Parties desire to alter the Agreement's scope of work to have the Consultant perform additional construction survey and other support services to complete the project; and D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, City and Consultant agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services described in the Agreement, as amended, Consultant will provide those services described in the attached Exhibit "A." 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services described in the attached Exhibit "A," a not-to-exceed amount of Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Four and 73/100 Dollars ($22,274.73). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. 3. and effect.
