(c) Payment. City shall pay Contractor within thirty (30) days of submittal of invoices, except with respect to any amounts claimed without verification, or otherwise disputed amounts. 4. City's Cooperation. City shall provide storage space at the Center in an area designated by City, and access thereto (including keys or electronic key card) for delivery of Abandoned Shopping Carts. Contractor shall segregate the Abandoned Shopping Carts so delivered by Owner (if ascertainable) and date of delivery. City shall provide Contractor access to City's Abandoned Shopping Cart "hotline" (i.e., the telephone line specified by City for calls for service relating to Shopping Carts), and to City's e-mail, or other electronic communication systems for receipt and transmittal of messages and notices relating to City's Shopping Cart Retrieval Program. 5. Vehicles, Equipment. Contractor shall keep and maintain Contractor's vehicles and equipment used for performing services hereunder in good and efficient operating condition. Contractor shall keep and maintain the appearance of all such vehicles neat, clean, and orderly. The vehicles shall bear a sign or signs which clearly identify the nature of Contractor's services as Shopping Cart Retrieval Services. 6. Revenues. Contractor acknowledges that, under City's Shopping Cart Retrieval Program, City shall impose and collect charges from Participating Owners for the services rendered by Contractor hereunder. Further, City shall impose applicable charges, fines, and accrued interest thereon upon Non-Participating Owners for such services. Contractor further understands that City shall be responsible for collection of all such revenues and Contractor shall not be responsible for, nor shall Contractor collect, or attempt to collect, such revenues.
