It is assumed our work <br />efforts will be proportioned per each phase based on an average hourly rate. REQUIRED ITEMS. EXCLUSIONS TO SERVICES <br /> <br />A: ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Services requested by the client not specifically noted in this proposal will be charged on a T&M <br />basis at the current hourly rates quoted on the enclosed 2004 rate sheet. This includes revisions <br />to plans after submittal of each phase caused by changes to the design beyond our control. <br />B. REQUIRED ITEMS <br />All base plan and survey data needed for the project in electronic format (Autocad files). <br />C. EXCLUSIONS TO SCOPE OF SERVICES Ron Benoit Associates does not assume responsibility for <br />the accuracy of information and plans provided by the client. <br />1. Topographic surveys including actual ground plane location of existing tree trunks. <br />2. Soils engineering information or fertility analysis of existing topsoil. <br />3. Planting and irrigation design for planters built on or over structure. <br />4. Location of existing utilities including Point of Connection for irrigation system. <br />5. Electrical Engineering related to site lighting. <br />6. Printing of bid sets or other major reproduction costs. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to join the team on this project.
